Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan global dan meningkatnya tuntutan keberlanjutan mendorong organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan ke dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis perkembangan konsep, praktik, dan implikasi GHRM terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis terhadap 18 artikel ilmiah dan 2 buku yang diterbitkan pada periode 2015–2025, yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar dan portal jurnal nasional. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama, praktik GHRM, dampak terhadap kinerja organisasi, serta tantangan implementasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan karyawan, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, kinerja lingkungan, serta pembentukan budaya organisasi berkelanjutan. Praktik utama GHRM meliputi green recruitment, green training, green performance management, green reward, dan green employee involvement. Namun, implementasi GHRM di Indonesia masih menghadapi keterbatasan berupa rendahnya kesadaran manajerial, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta minimnya indikator kinerja lingkungan yang terukur. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan teoritis dan praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi manajemen SDM yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.
