Abstract

Jumlah angkatan kerja di Indonesia yang terus meningkat tidak sebanding dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja formal, sementara sektor informal masih mendominasi dan kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu alternatif pekerjaan yang banyak dipilih masyarakat termasuk masyarakat muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah religiusitas, nilai sosial, dan modal mempengaruhi keputusan berwirausaha masyarakat muslim di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari Indonesia Family Life Survey tahun 2007 dan 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi logit panel  fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sosial dan modal berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sementara religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha.
