Analisis Niat Menggunakan E-Ticketing Application dalam Layanan Transportasi Publik: Studi Pengguna Fitur E-Ticketing pada Aplikasi MyMRTJ

Perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan perubahan digital pada bidang transportasi umum, salah satunya melalui penerapan fitur tiket digital pada aplikasi MyMRTJ. Namun, pemanfaatan fitur e-ticketing masih belum maksimal sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi niat pengguna. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude toward using. Lalu, Attitude toward Using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to use. Namun, Attitude toward Using tidak memediasi pengaruh Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived ease of use terhadap Intention to use.
