Aktivitas Lari Rekreasional, Social Media Sharing, dan Penurunan Stres: A Systematic Literature Review

Stres merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan mental yang banyak dialami masyarakat modern akibat meningkatnya tuntutan kehidupan, pekerjaan, maupun aktivitas sosial. Salah satu strategi yang banyak digunakan untuk mengurangi stres adalah aktivitas lari rekreasional. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi digital, aktivitas lari juga semakin sering dibagikan melalui media sosial sehingga memunculkan fenomena social media sharing yang diduga turut memengaruhi manfaat psikologis dari aktivitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh aktivitas lari rekreasional terhadap penurunan stres serta menelaah peran social media sharing dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020. Proses pencarian literatur dilakukan pada beberapa basis data ilmiah, yaitu Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, PubMed, Wiley Online Library, Taylor & Francis Online, dan Google Scholar. Sebanyak sepuluh artikel yang terdiri atas lima jurnal internasional dan lima jurnal Indonesia memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas lari rekreasional secara konsisten berkontribusi terhadap penurunan tingkat stres, peningkatan suasana hati, serta kesejahteraan psikologis. Selain itu, social media sharing berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi berolahraga dan dukungan sosial, namun juga dapat memunculkan social comparison yang mengurangi manfaat psikologis apabila digunakan secara tidak adaptif. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa penelitian yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas lari rekreasional, social media sharing, dan penurunan stres masih terbatas sehingga diperlukan penelitian empiris lebih lanjut, khususnya pada komunitas pelari di Indonesia.
