Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Strategi Pengembangan Talenta dalam meningkatkan retensi karyawan, dengan fokus pada penerapannya di PT Pertamina (Persero). Pengembangan talenta dipahami sebagai proses sistematis yang mencakup pelatihan, pengembangan kompetensi, perencanaan karier, coaching, dan mentoring untuk memastikan keberlanjutan SDM berkualitas. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan temuan empiris sebelumnya, pengembangan talenta terbukti memperkuat loyalitas, komitmen organisasi, dan keterikatan karyawan. Karyawan yang menerima dukungan pengembangan berkelanjutan cenderung memiliki kepuasan kerja lebih tinggi, prospek karier lebih jelas, serta motivasi lebih kuat untuk tetap bertahan. Selain itu, strategi ini membantu perusahaan menurunkan turnover, menjaga pengetahuan kritis, dan membangun budaya kerja adaptif. Dalam industri minyak dan gas yang sangat kompetitif, pengembangan talenta berperan penting dalam menjaga daya saing melalui stabilitas karyawan berketerampilan tinggi.
