Persepsi Gen Z Terhadap Keterlibatan, Kepuasan dan Kinerja Organisasi di Sektor Perbankan Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap persepsi Gen Z terhadap keterlibatan, kepuasan dan Kinerja Organisasi. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap 3 (tiga) kelompok Gen Z yang sudah bekerja, dengan total partisipan adalah 18 orang. FGD dilakukan pada minggu terakhir bulan Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa karyawan yang merasa terlibat secara emosional dan partisipatif, serta puas dengan pekerjaannya, menunjukkan semangat kerja, loyalitas, dan produktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman awal untuk studi yang berkaitan dengan keterlibatan, kepuasan dan kinerja organisasi pada Gen Z.
