Pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Continuance Intention dengan User Satisfaction sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Pertumbuhan pengguna dan transaksi QRIS di Indonesia meningkat signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, namun peningkatan adopsi tersebut belum sepenuhnya diiringi dengan keberlanjutan penggunaan, mengingat masih ditemukan keluhan pengguna terkait kendala transaksi dan resistensi sebagian pelaku usaha terhadap QRIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap continuance intention dengan user satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna QRIS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu generasi Z yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, berusia 17 sampai 27 tahun, dan pernah menggunakan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran. Sebanyak 130 data responden yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0 melalui pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, meliputi evaluasi outer model yang mencakup convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan reliabilitas, serta inner model yang mencakup R-Square, Q-Square, dan uji signifikansi path coefficient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, serta perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan user satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention pengguna QRIS, sehingga user satisfaction terkonfirmasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut.
