The Healthy Living Community Movement requires stronger dietary behaviors as part of efforts to manage body weight and maintain physical fitness. A low-carbohydrate diet is one dietary approach that may support these objectives. This article aims to analyze the strengthening of the Healthy Living Community Movement through dietary regulation by examining the effectiveness of a low-carbohydrate diet in relation to body weight changes. The study employed a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach using a research document involving 15 fitness center clients as the primary source, supported by literature concerning diet, physical activity, weight management, and nutrition education. The analysis indicates that the average carbohydrate intake decreased from 345.73 grams to 150 grams, while average body weight decreased from 79.13 kg to 68.73 kg, representing an average reduction of 10.40 kg. The Wilcoxon test reported in the source produced a significance value of 0.0006. These findings indicate that dietary regulation can serve as one component of strengthening healthy living practices, particularly when integrated with physical activity, nutrition education, monitoring, and assistance. Its implementation should nevertheless consider individual energy requirements, nutritional adequacy, personal conditions, adherence, and the sustainability of healthy behaviors.
