Keseimbangan Komprehensif: Analisis Kesehatan Fisik, Jiwa, dan Lingkungan dalam Perspektif Islam

Kesehatan dalam paradigma Islam dipandang sebagai sebuah kesatuan holistik (syumul) yang mengikat kondisi fisik, stabilitas psikologis, dan daya dukung lingkungan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan ketiga pilar tersebut dan relevansinya dalam strategi promosi kesehatan modern. Pendekatan medis konvensional seringkali berfokus pada pengobatan reaktif di hilir (kuratif) tanpa mempertimbangkan determinan lingkungan atau ketahanan spiritual pasien. Sebaliknya, Islam menawarkan model biopsikososiospiritual, di mana dimensi spiritual menjadi poros pengatur keseimbangan fisiologis tubuh. Melalui kerangka Maqashid asy-Syariah, pemeliharaan anatomi tubuh bukan sekadar pilihan gaya hidup, melainkan kewajiban teologis. Temuan dari analisis ini menegaskan bahwa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai teologis, seperti nutrisi halalan thayyiban, thaharah, modulasi saraf melalui dzikir, dan kelestarian ekosistem ke dalam intervensi promosi kesehatan berbasis komunitas secara empiris mampu meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan dan ketahanan kesehatan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
